The GMT Mod Sprite is a two-timezone Seiko mod that makes the most of its ceramic bezel — green and black, clean contrast, immediately readable at a glance. Powered by the Seiko NH34, a true GMT movement with an independently adjustable 24-hour hand, it tracks a second time zone directly on the movement rather than through a workaround.
