What is a Seiko mod?
A Seiko mod (short for "modified") takes a genuine Seiko movement and pairs it with matched aftermarket parts: case, dial, hands, bezel and bracelet. The result is a watch of its own, styled after well-known references and built to be worn. Every MedoMods runs on a genuine Seiko NH35 automatic movement inside a 316L stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal.

Yes. A mod is an independently built watch with a genuine Seiko movement and aftermarket parts. It does not pretend to be an original product of another brand. Third-party model names are used descriptively only (homage).
Which movement is inside the watches?
Most models use the genuine Seiko NH35 (automatic with date, hand-winding, hacking). Chronographs use a VK63 meca-quartz, and GMT models use a GMT movement with a true second time-zone hand. The exact movement is listed on every product page.
How do shipping, customs and returns work?
